Rumour alert everyone. It appears that AMD’s high-end Ryzen CPU will actually cost less than $500. This model will compete with Intel’s Core i7-6900K and if this rumour is actually true, AMD will be offering its competitor at half the price. AMD’z Ryzen 7 1800X is currently listed at $490 USD and 480 GBP, while Ryzen 7 1700X is priced at $382 or 375 GBP. On the other hand, AMD’s Ryzen 7 1700 is rumoured to be priced at $317 or 312 GBP. As said, this is just a rumour so take it with a grain of salt. However, and if AMD manages to offer its CPUs at these prices, we’re all in for a treat. Thanks to plenty of set photos of both the official and unofficial variety - and some cool concept art - we've gotten a lot of different looks at Spider-Man: Homecoming's titular hero. Today's new image first popped up on FrightRags' Instagram account (although the pic has since been removed), and it has our brand new Spidey striking another classic pose. I'm getting the sense that this is more of a promotional image as opposed to an out and out poster, but in any case it's a simple and satisfying tease of our webslinging hero. The level of detail in the new suit is always impressive to look at, and the playfulness of Spidey comes through. All in all, a pretty cool pic! Directed by Jon Watts and starring Tom Holland, Marisa Tomei, Michael Keaton, Robert Downey Jr, Donald Glover, and Zendaya, Spider-Man: Homecoming will swing into cinemas on July 7, 2017. Players are excited for Battlefield 1, which makes sense- it looks like one of the most exciting game in the series for years, and the World War 1 setting is truly going to be new and unique. But you know, with that kind of excitement comes the territory of fake ‘leaks,’ from fans probably hoping for their fifteen minutes of fame. This new leak seems to be a lot like that- according to Reddit poster KoolTabbouli, a contact of his at EA, but not DICE, has leaked the names of the multiplayer maps for the vanilla version of Battlefield1– you may find these, along with his comments, below: Asiago Offensive (Italian Alps Map) Gaza Sands (Desert Map) Siege of Damascus (I’d assume desert-urban…?) Stalemate (Sounds like a Flanders fields kinda deal) ANZAC Cove (Sounds like Gallipoli, I’d assume that ‘D-day map’ LevelCap mentioned and the one with the Battleship ruining the coastline) Garden Twilight (No idea) Argonne Shade (Probably the forrest map we saw in the trailer) Operation Castlewick (No idea either, maybe references something in campaign?) Scorched Earth (Sounds Western or Eastern Front…?) Of course, why an EA person would know the names of maps for a DICE game that is currently months away from release, I don’t know. KoolTabbouli also covers his bases by claiming that his own source admits that the names of the maps in the final game may change, but that as of right now, they are accurate.
