pb kicks help needed

i am getting kicked by pb after hardlyy 15 seconds the exact statement which comes is- " server disconnected-punkbuster kicked Restriction service communication failure :PnkBstrA.exe "

make sure that PnkBstrA.exe is not blocked by your firewall.

One of your antiviruses are blocking it I had tht too but it said pnkbusterB.exe you need to run as administrater to make it work
