sincity Posted December 7, 2016 Posted December 7, 2016 Camtasia Studio The free version of Camtasia Studio is identical to the full version, which costs US$199 (about £160, AU$270) – but it expires after 30 days. That’s not a problem if you want to work on even a fairly complex project, and if you’re just after a quick bit of film-making or screen recording then you can get loads done in that time period. Why you need it Not everybody has the experience and talent of a professional video editor, so apps like Camtasia Studio are ideal for people who know what they want but don’t necessarily know how to get it. It’s packed with useful effects called Behaviors, which make animating on-screen items effortless, and the drag-and-drop editing means that even making a lot of edits to a video is easy. It’s a great screen recorder too, and it’s as happy making training materials and marketing videos as it is adding things to your home videos. There are stacks of assets too, including royalty-free music tracks that won’t get you kicked off YouTube or Vimeo for copyright infringement. If you want to try a video editor that’s easy enough for absolute beginners but powerful enough for pros, Camtasia is definitely worth the download. Download here: Camtasia Studio Quote
