SmTh Posted July 11, 2016 Share Posted July 11, 2016 For extra stimulation in getting in shape and stronger in racing (bike), running and loose some extra balast around the waist I got myself this watch. Sictee it with cadance meter on my bicycle and Sincted the garmin connect app to myfitnesspall and strava app and I am happy with the progress now. Just getting data into my account and loosing weight.. For the next stap I am planning to use this data into a more efficient way to train.. And for this stage I will need some expertise.. I am woundering of any of you have some xp with this or know some places/sites at which i can get more info/expertise?
