screenshot ISP?

It's been few days this is happening, I was  just waiting it to get sorted out by itself, my isp is in another state close to mine, when I join any et server it show the USA flag.. and it doesn't help a lot with the ping even in brazilians servers it's the same.

if this persists I'll contact them, I'm not using any vpn or proxy.

Any clue about it?

I would suggest to remove the screenshot when you read this
after that I suggest to download winmtr: http://fearless-assassins.com/files/file/378-winmtr-32-bit/
install the program and run it and try jay1.clan-fa.com make a report from about 150 to 250 packets and do export text and safe the file you can post to any admin or me if you prefer this report  helps to see if and where a connnection issue is the problem you also can report here: http://fearless-assassins.com/tracker/project-6-jaymod/  in tracker normally server or connection issues / server issues are getting reported
but it also could be a setting you have or dont have that you can apply let's try mtr first I bet it can be fixed since more people from brasil play in F|A servers

Ii's happing not only in FA servers, all server I join it's happing. I try it, thx

if its not the connection it could be a graphic setting you can try enter a server and try /r_primitives 1 or 2  one of the 2 will be good 1 bad you will notice the diffirence right away

oke in that case its really best to make a mtr report so the admins can check any issues in the connection from you to the server

just saw the report but I need a pro for this all I can see its a issue at your side but the first 2 ip's are not yours so I guess your pc connect to somewhere first before going the right way since you have packet loss in the first line and the ip is not to trace
