I go to the gym 3 times a week usually. Just training to do a little bit of everything to stay healthy. Not getting a lot of muscle, since I am having troubles eating enough (bulking), however it is something I try to work on.

I train four times in the gym, I do it now for 2 years. Most I do to gain muscle, and that works quite nicely.

Twice a week musscles, and twice-3times either spinning indoor or cycling/running outside..

 

Still not loosing weight because of the bourgondic life style ;)

3 to 4 times a week here, sometimes 5 when i have the time. 

I am an old guy need to work this belly out  :D
