very annoying lagg

So since the last few days i'm experiencing very annoying lagg spikes. It has a tendency to shoot from normal ping (110~) up to connection interrupted only to return again. I have tried an awful lot to solve it but i can't seem to really find what is wrong with it. I also did an Winmtr (or whatever it is called) from when the problems was occuring.
