The players in the picture are from long ago though I am not sure if they still play now. I think NoGood is somewhere in this forums. Anyway, with regards to the sniper rifle you saw in the picture if you are wondering where it is from, it is actually a mini-mod which replaces the FG42 to RTCW Snooper Rifle. If I remember correctly, it was quite cool. I used to play around with such mini mods in the past on localhost.

Below is an extract of what the pk3 file is from the author:

This file changes FG42 to RTCW Snooper Rifle with correct animations and comes with RTCW original sounds, skin and weapon icon. Firerate and damage power are same with FG42 so there is no cheat any. I included my "Thermal Scope for ET" in a separate pk3 file, user is free to install it.

Info about skin: I changed RTCW original jpg skin to 32 bit tga format with alpha as usual with all weapon skins in ET and also changed weapon shader which necessary, other than this skin was not changed any. If you want more info about this alpha texture let me know.

Install: Copy pk3 file(s) in Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory/etmain folder.
Uninstall: Delete file(s).

You can test it on your own localhost server. Note: It does not work if the server does not have the file installed so installing it on your own ET Client Installation will not work.

 

It should be the correct file if I remember correctly. I hope you enjoy trying it out.
