Nofair teams (Fun1)

After shuffle teams players changing team,change teams after shuffle is not allowed.

Unfortunately trial admins commands are limited on Fun#1 ...

I have talked to & will continue to address this issue to other admins Bogdan a.k.a. Arch Devil.  Hopefully we can get a fairly regular admin presence on the Fun#1 server to keep teams even and so the game doesn't run amonk.  Thanks for making us aware of this issue.
