Pros: Nice collection of goodies. Price is decent for what you receive.
Cons: Could get things cheaper, but it would involve a lot of price comparisons.

I would recommend this at least once.

 

Basic synopsis, Nerd Block is a monthly mystery package that you can subscribe to. Prices range between $13.99 to $19.99 for a one month subscription, and you get a mystery package of whatever theme you'd like.

The current blocks for sale are as follows:

Horror Block: Horror movie game/show/tv series themed goodies.

Nerd Block Classic: Comic-con in a box (as described)

Nerd Block Junior boys and girls. Toys for ages 11+ gender specific.

Arcade Block: Video game themed mystery box.

Inside every box is usually 4-6 mini-goodies and a t-shirt.

Apparently nerdblock claims the December Arcade Block is going to be a good one. I'll be staying subscribed to see what their end of the year boxing happens to be.

 

They're definitely fun for a tryout. This would also be something I'd recommend to parents looking for gaming related stuff for their kids around this time of year. It's a fun mystery package, and usually has at least one thing more than worth it (aside from the t-shirt).

 

The Altaire doll was a cool inclusion this time. Hoping the next one will be just as surprising.
