Your game could be lagging because BC2 has a problem where it sometimes leaves the game process running even after you quit. Every time you quit BC2 open Task Manager, go to the Processes, and look to see if BFBC2.exe is still running. If it is, end the process.

 

Yeah... thats called really really shitty programming. lol.

 

Also try to:

Turn off windows Aero theme if it is enabled

Try windowed mode (Alt+Enter)

Shooting yourself in the foot, well.. nah that probably won't help, but u could try
