Over fifty dating service ad on TV....?

There is an ad running on TV now about a dating service specifically for people who are over fifty.  In fact in says that only

those aged people can be members on the website.  But, at the end of the commercial it says in small print at the bottom:

 

 

"You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up on this website"
