Opera refresh bug

so i have been using opera as main browser for 6 month i think and just recently it started doing this, when i change tab on opera it also refresh it. It is really annoying when i got youtube music or videos and if i change tab back to it it refresh the video. 

 

Also in google if i try to search something it just spams refresh even im not changing tab same on gmail.

both work fine on chrome, haven't tried other browser.

 

I tried to look for the feature there should be auto refresh but i cant find on newest opera so i can't really take it off it is that whats doing this.

 

I thought maybe some weird annoying virus? well nothing comes up with scan.
