Core box server fillup

Since i haven't seen the server without anyone in it for quite a while i was just brainstorming for some ideas how to fill it up. I remember having a similar situation on the only local server here in Latvia. So what we came up with was:

1. Giving some admin privileges for a player who has played there for the longest time in week/2 weeks/month.

Doesn't have to be anything fancy I think about lvl 4 would be fine. Also there could be the rule that this admin should try to get some players on the server.

2. Making 5on5/6on6 (or more) matches from time to time.

With free sign-up on forum for example. And the best player on both teams (not just xp, doing objectives, being a good teamplayer etc) gets some lvl for like a month or so.

This could be fun for ppl who want to do some esl matches but can't find a team (like me lol).

I know this idea has been already stated, but what if we decided on alternating between ETPub to ETPro. I know a couple of individuals have frequently said how most of the population use the .55 patch and we wouldn't see much traffic and that by using the .6b patch we would actually be hurting our general income. While this may be true I know a number of people who also use .6b when on Hardcore and ETPub. This including the general .6b community who may stop by considering how the amount of ETPro Pub servers has diminished drastically. What I don't understand is why we haven't at least tried it for a day or two. Now, I know we have had a ETPro server before, but now that the server has attracted some attention who's to say we won't encourage more people to play on it once its switched to ETPro. I know the past week the server has had close to nobody on there which is due to the fact that some do not care for it which is understandable. This still does not explain why we haven't done anything to improve this. SkaM, I like your idea about having 6v6's or 5v5's because if we did do that it would encourage others to become more active and compete against one another.
