guys today use the generator change my nick nick between the server and ahy was warned that you can not put your nick = F | A = if you do not have administrator privileges .. if not understood well or badly I thank you if explain to me thank you all now I apologize for the inconvenience

It is made to help you choose your colors for nickname, but as I told you on server, you can't put =F|A= without being on trial or a member ! and if you'd like to join us, it's possible, we are still recruiting, you need to introduce yourself at first point, then make your application. http://fearless-assassins.com/wiki/index.php/How_to_join_us
So for example : ^1Pa^0nTH^73r  (PanTH3r) would be ok, but not ^7=^1F^7|^1A^7=^1Pa^0nTH^73r
 

=F|A= tag without level = that's why you've been auto-warned by console on server
