I have a Logitech m510 that i use for gaming.  I get NO lag at all and it has 2 programmible side buttons as well.  For someone who doesnt game a ton, i find it great.  btw its only 30 dollars on amazon.

but 2 play good on COD? not something that slow me down

Iv used it playing COD 4 as well

and still no problems in speed or responsiveness.

Oh yeah...3 finger swipe down to shoot, 2 finger slide to the left to aim lol...Yeah magic mouse would not be good for gaming.
