yellow flash Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 so for school project i have to learn IOS programming so we get our program/app/game work in iphone aswell. i saw that the license cost 99$ but i tried to look if its free to make app's for own use does programs cost anything? or is the 99$ license only for those who are going to publish apps.
