so for school project i have to learn IOS programming so we get our program/app/game work in iphone aswell.

 

i saw that the license cost 99$ but i tried to look if its free to make app's for own use does programs cost anything?

 

or is the 99$ license only for those who are going to publish apps.

 

And for last if you got any tips or good sites when learning this :)

I believe the cost is if you want to get your app on the app store, so only if you are going to publish it - but I could be wrong.

You pay $99 to join the apples development program. It should teach how to program but I'm not sure... all I know is that you can get the newest iOS updates before there official release

You can make apps for free.
You can't use their beta software without paying your $99 per year.
You can't dstribute your apps without paying your $99 per year.
