Got banned for no reason

Hi,

 

I play on F|A Recruiting XPS under the name Twilight. I was in spec today, and suddenly got kicked for 2 mins for no reason. Then I come back and ask why I was kicked, got banned for 300 days. Can anyone explain what is happening?
