ubuntu+mx518 - ho to bind selfkill?

Hello guys, I play under ubuntu and I use a Logitech MX518 mouse. I can not set the bind of selfkill on the fifth mouse button. can anyone tell me the correct command.

First of all you should see if that button is actually called mouse5

Go to ET main menu, and change some bind to that button by clicking it, and read the name

 

for example on Linux one of my mouse buttons is called 'kp_equals' not really easy to guess...

thank you all, i have seen on ubuntu mouse button4 and button5 in enemy territory have the same name KP_EQUALS. That's a problem because on mouse4 i have binded binoculars, so i can't bind also selfkill, any idea about how to change mouse configuration on ubuntu? i have seen there are no logitech drivers for ubuntu and in system settings the panel for mouse is too simple and doesn't show buttons configuration.
