Here is a simple file that will give you the names and drivers that are on your system.  (It is included in Windows)

This works in XP, but maybe not in WIN7 or 8.

 

Click the Start button, click run, type in  DXDIAG, then  hit enter key.

 

A screen will come up asking about Direct x upgrades and stuff  just click NO

 

The screen that comes up next shows the names of your hardware and more.

Works on newer versions of Windows as well.

I personally use speccy to find exact information about my computer hardware. It also shows temperatures on the CPU, HD, and motherboard.
