Hands down the best Google Voice experience on the iPhone has been Sean Kovacs' GV Mobile + app, and now he's back with a brand new version. It's a brand new app since well, you know, Apple doesn't do paid upgrades, and it's available for $2.99. It's clean, has a very fluid feel to it, and goes quite well with the new design in iOS 7. It also brilliantly enables VoIP calling with your Google Voice phone number, not just over Wi-Fi but over cellular, too. GV Mobile + 3 supports Google Voice notifications and for Gmail users, there's now an effortless automatic setup option.
