In an interview with VentureBeat last week, Nintendo marketing executive Scott Moffit said that the company has "no plans to change the price of Wii U," which he described as a "great value" for gamers. Instead, Moffit said he expected sales for the console to increase once new games for Nintendo's popular Mario, Zelda and Super Smash Bros. franchises get released in the coming months.
