Higgeo
Ok guys + girls here is how i set up my fans. I have 5 120mm fans shown in the diagram bellow. Hot air rises so i have 3 going out and 2 coming in. 3 of the fans are running from the mother board while the others are running from the power supply molex port. This is keeping my computer going fast and cool. The noise is low which is a plus as they are ultra silent and I payed $35 for 3. I play with headphones anyway so its not realy an issue. Anyway here it is. Download speed fan www.almico.com/speedfan.php to see your temperatures. My case is a Coolermaster cm690. Great value for money, heaps of room and 8 fan holes! I would probably have the top side panel fan blowing in so it pushes air onto the mobo's heatsinks as well as the cpu heatsink. That is a judgement call though. Your setup probably has a nice balance of in/outflow, but I always like the idea of air being pushed across surfaces.
