Google Privacy Policy European Union
Six European Union data protection regulators are reportedly planning to launch "coordinated" simultaneous enforcement actions against Google (GOOG) due to its failure to change its privacy policy. The company was given four months to comply with regulators' recommendations, however it has failed to do so. An investigation led by France’s National Commission for Computing and Civil Liberties, in cooperation with regulators in the U.K., Germany, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands found that Google's unified privacy policy may be in violation of the European Data Protection Directive. It is now up to regulators in each country to investigate the matter and decide the appropriate action that should be taken.raYVF7xWJfE
