I have not found another topic regarding this known bug so I guess I'll just have to post.

 

In the second round of any map on the F|A StopWatch Server, the teams get swapped but when a player is shooting an opponent, there is a chance the player will be kicked for excessive team damage.

 

The screenshot below shows Toadvine's auto-kick for killing a player of the other team at approximately 10:41 EST on March 28th.

are you sure he didn't hit a team mate, while fighting the enemy?

 

I mean, it would be a really dumb bug if enemies would be considered as team mates after switch, but seeing that sometimes I can even spec from enemies p.o.v. while I'm dead, I wouldn't be surprised

Yes, I'm sure he did not shoot his own team mate because I survived from his grenade with about 10 HP after looking at him by leaning behind a wall.

 

Also, I have been kicked for team damage about a week ago but I just ignored it and laughed it off when I rejoined. I'm not sure what the owner of the server would like to do about this yet, but if he (or she) needs some assistance, I'm willing to try to record it on a demo or something.

demo is always best, so that it can be easily reproduced

At this point, I think all the possible bugs in that server have already been reported (sometimes even with solutions)

 

now the only thing is implementing them, and hoping that Silent Mod fixes those bugs which aren't config related, but mod-related

 

for example:

1. the infamous rifle grenade bug (when it looks as if you have a rnade loaded, but you don't, and you can't shoot)

2. being revived and getting stuck in a wall

3. occasionally spectating from enemies point of view while dead

 

I never saw these 3 bug happening in 3 years of etpro, so it means it's possible to solve them if etpro coders did it.

 

I forgot:

4. revive hitboxes suck hard, please put normal boxes back, because reviving under heavy fire from skilled players was hard already before they made them soooo small.

Wait..do you know where? I did a search on this forum and mygamingtalk and I did not find anything in the trackers (unless they were reported using the "contact us"). Maybe I should have posted this at the mygamingtalk forum.

I never reported silent mod bugs, after all those bugs I mentioned were already uberknown etpub bugs, but I think you should report them @ mygamingtalk if you think they are mod bugs and not config

 

As regards the server, I reported everything in tracker (under Silent section, tag SW, even if I see now ppl report in etpro section, so I'm a bit confused) I don't think there are other bugs other than those reported there
