I hate it when the film and TV makers get stuff so wrong.  So let's start a blog thing here in this thread.

 

Watch your shows and then list the flubs you see in them.  I would love to hear all about these screw ups.

 

If you cant remember exactly who did what,  doesn't matter,  just give the hi-points and gist of what you saw.

 

For instance,  wrong clothing, things moving and changing, really bad goof ups in Police procedure or Medical

procedures and names.  You guys are good enough to catch these things, so let's hear them.
