Problem with installation of cod4..

I was going to reinstall the game about 2 days ago. So i uninstalled it and when i try to install it again i just get these errors:
Access violation at address 01EAAEA0. Write of address 00000010.

Access violation ar address 0045A20F in module 'CoD4.exe'. Read of address 00000180.

 

And this is when i tries to open the CD...

 

Anyone have any ideas of what i can do?
