Just remembered my mousewheel as 3 button features, normally clicking (mouse3) but also by clicking the wheel both left and right.

Would give me 2 extra bound buttons on my mouse... if i knew what to name them. Respectively I figured they would be mouse6 and mouse7 but it comes up as not a a valid key in the console. Tried MWheelLeft as I was running outa ideas.

Possible to bind the left and right clicks of the mousewheel? If so, wtf are these buttons called?

With my mouse (logitech g5) I can tilt the mousewheel left or right, the solution to your problem depends on the o/s (I do it differently on Windows and Linux) and mouse drivers.

Try this:

in ET main menu (options -> controls), try to push the button to assign it to something, and read what it says.

If it says nothing, then you have to resort to your mouse software (in my case logitech setpoint), to assign a key to that mouse button, then you bind that key.
