Windows 7 users patiently waiting for the arrival of the final version of Internet Explorer 10 to arrive on their operating system of choice. Will be pleased to learn that Microsoft has today announced they are rolling out the final version of Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7.

The new Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7 include a number of new features and updates including a enhanced JavaScript performance, and improvements on battery life for Windows 7 laptops.
