Jormehara Posted January 26, 2013 Posted January 26, 2013 Please brothers, help me with the sound of W: ET 2.60 running on Linux Mint 14 Nadia, solutions for Ubuntu 12.04 or 12.10 must also solve my problem with the sound. All the tutorials were until 26/01/2013 have been read, many of them studied extensively, nothing helped me so far. I promise that the solution will be distributed in all forums for Linux in which I am registered. Already, Thank you so much! Quote

PiNoY Posted January 27, 2013 Posted January 27, 2013 was it on board card? maybe try removal of card and boot then plug it back again for re-detection? name of your sound card? any errors you are seeing? have you tried updating commercial drivers? do you have dual boot? does the sound works in windows or other linux distro? mostly, that link resolved sound issues that i had in the past. Jormehara Posted January 27, 2013 Author Posted January 27, 2013 I discovered!! I had the Phoenix Viewer to a folder, it was an older version, there were several libs sound and video ... The et-sdl-sound went to his briefcase looking for my libs obsolete version of Linux Mint ... Delete the folder and presto, abemos sound. Man what a shame ... I should have done this long ago!! Only your dedication in trying to help me and attention you have given me is commendable. Very, very, thank you!!! Quote
