Edgar Posted January 16, 2013 Author Posted January 16, 2013 (edited) did you read what i wrote? he turns it off when he is specced many hacks tell you when someone is speccing you because speccers share same amout of xp and some others infos but he may not be able to know he is specced when shoutcaster command is used can we get the shoutcaster password?
