stoney baloney Posted May 1, 2013 Share Posted May 1, 2013 this is a great looking recipe. curry may be one of my favorite things to cook-- just because of the way it makes the house smell.... i haven't cooked this particular recipe, but one thing i've noticed with Indian cooking is that method and timing are very important... some cuisines you can 'fudge' things, and it comes out alright still... not typically the case with curry... she's a fickle woman. Indian food is also some of the healthiest, when the ingredients are dependable... the huge amount of onion, garlic, ginger and powdered spices (especially tumeric) are SOO good for us. i think i might make this recipe this weekend... it looks too good to pass up. thanks for posting this!!
