I would say the same thing happens to new forum users, is there any possibility to make it like this How to join/apply for Fearless Assassins =F|A= Community or put it in the first position (sticky option) and below applications. We have so many people posting in wrong sections to join, because they don't scroll down or read every forum title. And yes the announcement for application guidelines is pretty easy to miss. I think it would simply be better as a sticky, because it stands out more within the forum. Just an observation.
