Need help with Wolfenstein single player

Would be a solution..., reinstall the game and see if there gives you that error. But before you uninstall the game make a backup at "saves" folder located in: ex: C:/Program Files/Return to Castle Wolfenstein/Main/--> save, copy this folder in path (ex: My documents), and then when you've reinstall the game put that folder called "save" from (as ex from above).
