1.6 for OSX

Ive asked around and done some googling but it seems theres no patch selector for mac? Im not even sure where to find 1.6 for mac due to 1.6 being the first version for mac. Anyone care to chime in if they have 1.6 working on mac? Thanks.

I think that the way it works is that you just have to reinstall the game, after making a copy, or something like that...so you have 2? I dunno. Unless you bought 1.7. Then, I have no clue...maybe get another copy. You'd want something in a box (not a digital copy)...that will be 1.6. The App Store is now selling COD4 for like...7 or 8 dollars, so other retailers might have lowered their pricing as well. That is, if you want to obtain it legally.

 

I got lucky and bought it before 1.7 was a thing, so I still have my install file for 1.6, however I have also had no luck finding a patch selector. I would love to try Abnerdog.....

There has never been a 1.6 on OS X and there is never going to be one.

I suppose not. Turns out what I had was 1.5.549.....oh well.
