Hello, Im just here today to inquire why KoS members have an immediate KOS(Kick On Sight) for us on your servers. If one of our members did something wrong and you have proof of it i can understand, but just kicking us doesnt really help anyone find out what is wrong. Anyways my name is /KoS/Itsme and i am just wondering what is going on . Thanks for your time.

That isn't Itsme because the ip address doesn't match and he isn't in Longwood.

I do not believe i was ever banned from any of your servers, and this does not explain the Kick on sight you have issued /KoS/.

And also may i ask what a gamehook is?

That is the guid you are currently playing with. Yes, I do see a chance it was not you triggering the violation, let me quickly ask did you buy the game or you are playing with a banned key because thats what you found online?

Its a torrent and i used some online program to generate a key.. Could this be it?

The issue was that there was a group of hackers wearing /KoS/ tags on that one particular server that would join and disable the admin mod and cause problems for the admins there, which is why the auto-kick was enabled. That server happens to be run by .$F and =F|A= therefore we are not solely responsible for running it. That server should have been the only one doing the auto-kick so it doesn't seem like you guys had tried any of our other servers or come to our forums and asked to confirm it before you started taking your frustrations out on our members who had no knowledge of the situation (neither did we until we started hearing about our members being kicked from your servers for it).

 

It was not an intentional action against your clan and despite popular belief, unless we have been wronged, it is rare that such clan-wide bans are placed. The auto-kick should be disabled now and you should be free to play there, if it is not, please let us know and it will be looked into again.

 

Sorry for the confusion. A little bit of communication goes a long way and I hope we can all still get along and move forward on good terms.

 

ps, about the CD key issue, I would suggest buying a legitimate key, it's only $20...in this day and age that's a bit of a bargain

So basically it was a just a miscommunication on both of our parts. Seems reasonable. Anychance you got the names of the people with KoS tags on?.

 

And yeah i figured i would have to buy a new cd key. Never even knew it was a banned key because i get on pb servers all the time. Anyways thanks for your time.

I do not have a list of the names (I don't think anyone on the F|A side does) maybe NotaJedi has one, but I wouldn't count on it since I think it was placed quite some time ago.

 

But we have encountered our own situations where a group of hackers will go around wearing a clan's tags just to cause issues between two clans, this situation involving you guys may have been the same kind of situation
