Changelog:

- Fixed fullscreen issue on OSX 10.6.8

- Fixed double pointer issue

- Fixed Steam Cloud on Mac

- Fixed ability to delete save files

- Fixed location of console.log

- Fixed sound crash (hopefully) with new OpenAL library
