Question

I don't know if this would work been that i have no way to test it so this is in theory only...

so i know a lot of admin like to "spy" on people with a name that is something other then there reg one and then switch back to there clan name for the ban and that sometimes people have been know to leave before the name can be switched and the ban command put in console so i came up with these binds that will switch to your name and ban the player all in one key

all of these commands im using the F1 key as ref and my name as...well name lol i also put in a bind for !pl just for the heck of it so you never have to go into console

\ bind f1 say "!pl"

\bind f1 "set name karmablack; say \banUser #"

this can also be used to change to your fake name with

\bind f1 "set name karmablack"

i don't know if anyone will find this usefull setting like ban user then f1 for 0 f2 for 1 and or using num keys

if nothing else tihs post can be my "been active on the forums" post so all in all go me ^_^

I think its completely unnecesary to bind !pl as its real quick to type. Binding keys to automatically ban a person is just too much of risk, you accindently press it, then you have a problem, actually its a pain in the arse to get someone unbanned :P

hehe It may be lazy and most of the time I just type it out anyway...but I have !pl, !killed, !rules, and /name =F|A= GI-JOE bound to the arrow keys :P
