Anyone find this game deserve 10 rating ?

I have this for PC (steam)

 

It's a fun game. But a 10? That should be reserved for something truly exceptional. I could probably think of quite a few points that would rob GTA IV of a perfect score.

I think the only way this game would be a 10/10 is if and only if it was the first in the series. But now the formula is a little watered down. GTA = tester, GTA2 = boss, GTA3 = king, Vice City = ...wtf?, San Andreas = funny, GTA4 = need new formula.

 

I quit after the first girlfriend mission. Sry.
