I have received numerous, but un-confirmed, reports about a new glitch in Modern Warfare 3 that involves Weapon Proficiencies. Basically, it allows you to put ANY Weapon Proficiency that is in MW3 on virtually ANY weapon. Help me confirm this, and if this valid, it could be game-breaking.

P.S:THIS IS NOT A GLITCH VIDEO, IT IS ONLY HOW THIS GLITCH SHOULD BE FIXED AND PPL WHO USE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE BANNED,SORRY FOR YOUR CONFUSION

It is not a glitch video it is about why is this glitch supposed to be fixed and ppl who use it is to be banned.Sorry for your confusion
