this happened to me several months ago, i reinstalled it but i lost all my data, i had to make my way back to level 55,

it was fun though.

If my copy of my data did not work than I am prepared to do that.

So I un-instaled COD4, than I reinstalled it.

I moved my players profile over and all my data was restored. Everything would seam to have run perfectly aside from the fact, I don't have any mods, Most importantly the Modern Warfare mod used to replay demos.

This might be helpful if I ever want to watch demos that I have taken. Internet wasn't very help full on this one.

Help would be apreciated.

A simple solution might be I can borrow a copy of anther players Modern Warfare mod, as long as it is from a mac.

Don't really know if this would work but its an idea.

Got ModWarefare on my computer, special thanks to EmperorZerg http://fearless-assa...10-emperorzerg/, just used dropbox to move it from his computer to mine.

 

I am now able to play and record demos perfectly, also my game is running smoothly.
