BoomStick Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 (edited) Did a search for this, but couldn't come across any topics, which I'm surprised about. Has anyone ever heard of this? Arguably one of the greatest comedies of all time, up until the sad early demise of the main star, Dermot Morgan in 1998. It tracks three priests, Father Ted, the lovably goofy Father Dougal, the alcoholic and foul Father Jack and also their housekeeper Mrs Doyle, who all reside on a fictional island called Craggy Island on the West coast of Ireland. IMDB If you've never seen it before, I genuinely urge you to watch it and give it a few episodes in its first season until it gets better. Channel4 have uploaded the show on to YouTube, but I'm not sure if they're region blocked. Also just to add, if you have seen this show, what have your favourite moments been? Panini*Hobbit@mp3 Posted April 17, 2012 Posted April 17, 2012 Probably the best Irish show of all in my opinion. I'm a bit surprised many people haven't heard of it besides us.. it's hilarious! It was on RTE2 for years and still is shown every now and again. On Youtube it's also being shown on 4oD but not sure if it's on anywhere else :/ Quote
