ok, I am getting this when I log into windows (XP), its the first thing that pops up, before any icons. it says: Windows cannot find 'C:\Program'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the start button, and then click search.

looks like a program wants to change dir into C:\Program. that path doesnt exist. Its "Program Files" on english windows. So check your Autostart programs (not only in Autostart folder ALL USERS) also check your registry entries. Also check other programs that you autostart and check if they start some shell or bash files at their start that dont work.
