I just Wondering about the Wall in the SS,

sometimes I saw it , and most of time not even exist.

 

Any suggestions !?

That is a barricade, neutral can be built by either axis or allies. Since its mostly built by axis(because axis spawn there) you usually see the barbed wire, but when allies spawnkill axis engineer can build it and block axis spawn.

like they said ^ but most of the time its hard for a allied to build it if the axis team has that side of the map covered
