I'm back and got a problem..

Hey I'm playing ET again and I have a problem.

I saved my etkey to my mail and put it in etmain.

Now I get the error: Duplicated guide or something....

 

I don't know what to do so, if you know how to solve it, please explain it to me

Try 'run as administrator' but I'm not sure it will work

And u have to delete ur old etkey in etmain, u can't have 2 etkey.

saw you on nq1. the message duplicate guid is shown when 2 players with same or without guid are on server.

 

which os you run? if you run win 7 put your etkey here too C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\PunkBuster\ET\etmain\

 

type this in console

 

/pb_cl_enable

/pb_system 1

/reconnect

 

this should fix your problem

I have Win7 64 bit and I dont have appdata/local/punkbuster. I think because punkbuster is not supporting et anymore...

i am not sure, try to create that folder and paste etkey and test it

 

 

Edit: i see it works. nice. try to find someone who can set your lvl.
