Nokia-Lumia-601.jpg

Nokia has already confirmed that it is making a whole slew of Windows Phone devices, but is the Lumia 601 pictured above one of them? Pocketnow recently published a photo of the device, but was quick to point out it might not be as legit as originally thought. The camera module, for example, looks nearly identical to the one found on the Nokia C7. There are also a few artifacts around the upper edges of the image, which could suggest a poor Photoshop attempt. In any case, the “Lumia 601″ naming implies it could be an entry-level handset. Nokia is expected to launch a 4G LTE-enabled Windows Phone for AT&T during CES, so perhaps we’ll hear about new lower-end devices then as well.
