I don't play Halo, but, does that mean that for that game it doesnt stay 'within the limits set by the game'?

 

It is still in the limits of the game. However as halo does not lock plasma pistol rate of fire, this utility which is configurable can be used to fire plasma pistol either slowly or even as rapid as a machine gun and so it would be fairly noticeable then.
