i speak English Spanish and Portuguese

seeing as both are capitol im sure it's a place in which case would not be Spanish as I assumed it was at first

multa = fine

luces = lights

luce = is not a word tho could be rough translation to light

in either case fine lights would not have a meaning

first letter of each are capitol so it might have a meaning therefor assume you typed it right so leads me to believe it's not Spanish

so i am clueless considering it's typed right

-

curious to what exactly it is ran though a translator and get random jumbled meanings a lot of which are in Italian and Latin if you add the two together but separate and no hits and the Spanish translation does not even come up unless they are together which supports my statement above

@you ppl using translators do note they are never accurate
