Server List is diminished in particular with low ping servers for those in Oceania with this version......

Are you talking about the built-in server browser in the game? As far as I know it only lists 2.60b servers after you patch, I strongly suggest you an external server browser.

 

There are many out there, I use xqf on Linux and I'm happy with it, even though it's not perfect, for Windows I'm not sure which one is the best, but there should be plenty of nice ones like hlsw.

You could also use some websites to check for servers, without a server browser installed.

 

And make sure you also have a way to minimize et, in case you wanna check your server browser while you are playing.
