Hmm. . . this begs two questions:

 

1. So are dead fish ok, or does that still constitute bestiality?

 

2. Why was this law made in the first place? What in the hell do they do in Minnesota for fun anyway??

 

In my state you may not have sex with a 1st cousin, but 2nd cousins are OK. What can I say, at least it's not a live fish.
